Iranzo: ''We'LL be eternally grateful to the teammates and the people of the town"
The player from Picanya talks on VCF Media Radio about his experience after the flash floodings that devastated the southern region of Valencia.
Valencia CF defender spoke to VCF Media after extending his contract with the Club until June 2027.
I'm very happy to have renewed my contract here, and very proud to be at this club. I feel very good and I'm very happy.
The confidence in me shown by the club, the coach, the sporting director and by the fans is great. I know that there are many people who love me here and I want to give something back to these people by giving my all on the pitch.
I want to be part of Valencia CF in the present and in the future. It's important for us, because we've spent years together and we want to continue on this path to help the club to progress.
My family and I feel really good here. Now it's up to me to play well. Above all, I've learned how the Spanish people live off the pitch. I've learned a lot, such as what the people are like. I've adapted to a country that's different to mine, and I'm very happy to keep growing.
This club means a lot to many people. That's why we, as players, have to make many people excited. We want to do good things on the pitch so that they are happy. Of course we are ambitious. We play football to be amongst the best. In every moment we try to progress and do things better. We work to be as high up the table as possible.
